Account Help

To create your Login ID and Password (Login Profile), click on New User. You will need your email address as well as your account number and meter number from your electricity bill. If you need help finding your account number or meter number, please see the sample electricity bill below. Once you submit your information, we will send you a confirmation email requesting that you click on the link provided to complete the setup.

Email addresses are easy to remember and are unique to a customer.

If you forget your password, click on Forgot Your Password? If your login profile has an email address you will be requested to enter your Login ID and you will be sent an email with a link to a page where you can change your password online. If your profile does not have an email address, or has an invalid email address, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Please call our Customer Contact Centre at 1-800-663-2802 during office hours.

Both Login IDs and Passwords are case sensitive. If you forget your Login ID and Password, click on Forgot Login ID? If your login profile has an email address you will be requested to enter your electrical account number and you will be sent an email with a link to a page where you can view your Login ID and reset your Password. If your Login profile does not have an email address, or has an invalid email address, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. To protect the security of your online profile information, access to the online system will be temporarily suspended if you exceed the maximum number of Login attempts. If this occurs, please verify your Login information and try again in a few hours.

To update or change your Login information including your Login ID and Password, hint question and answer, or email address, you must first Login. Then select either the My Profile button at the top of your Account page or the Change Profile Information link on the Account Listing page.

To view your account information or access our online services you must Login with a Login ID and Password. To create a Login ID and Password, click on New User.

The Account Listing page should display all electricity accounts in your name. If you have recently acquired a new property, however, the new property may not be shown. If this property has been billed since you have opened the new account with us, you can add this new account by by clicking the button Add Electricity Account(s), and entering your account number and meter number on the screen that will appear. Note that this will add all new accounts associated with you, not just the account you enter.
