Newfoundland Power customers can access their account information, including account balances and payment dates, 24 hours a day via the My Account online portal or through our automated telephone system at 1-800-663-2802. If you haven’t already done so, you can also choose the convenience of receiving your electricity bill by email through our ebills program. Simply sign up online or call us at 1-800-663-2802.
